Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Representative role based in Qatar.
  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets across assigned product lines and territories.
  • Daily activities include meeting with customers, conducting product presentations, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up to close sales.
  • The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after sales support, as well as maintaining accurate sales records and reporting market trends and competitor activity.
  • The Sales Representative will also contribute to promotional activities, participate in trade events, and support initiatives that strengthen Mezzan Holding Company’s brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a B2B or FMCG environment.
  • Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain product features and value propositions clearly.
  • Basic analytical and reporting skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in Qatar and familiarity with the Middle East consumer or agriculture sectors is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on site, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and common sales tools or CRM systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
