- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Self driven and results oriented
- Comfortable working on commission basis
- Network in business communities (Qatar or GCC is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Role Overview
- We are expanding Lumina, a growing business solutions company helping organizations scale through integrated services including business development, marketing, IT support, recruitment, and sales strategy.
- We are now looking for highly motivated Sales Representatives (contract based) to help us acquire new clients and grow our presence in the region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients (B2B focus)
- Present Lumina service packages confidently
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, calls, and referrals
- Close monthly retainer contracts
- Maintain client relationships for renewals and upsells
- Report pipeline activity and progress regularly
Compensation
- This is a 100% contract based role.
- High commission per closed contract (35%)
- Recurring income from retained clients (monthly renewals)
- No cap on earnings — performance driven growth
Ideal Candidate
- Strong B2B sales or business development experience (preferred)
- Confident communicator and negotiator
- Self driven and results oriented
- Comfortable working on commission basis
- Network in business communities (Qatar or GCC is a plus)
