Alqimma Equipment Company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to market CNC laser cutting and metal fabrication services to factories, contractors, and engineering offices in Jeddah.

Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to clients, factories, and projects to market CNC laser cutting and metal fabrication services
- Receive engineering drawings, analyze client requirements, and coordinate with technical management to prepare pricing proposals
- Convert opportunities into projects and contracts through negotiation and closing deals
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients and develop relationships
- Track submitted proposals, follow up on purchase orders, and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare weekly reports on visits, new projects, proposals, and closed contracts in CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or practical experience in CNC laser cutting and metal fabrication
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC laser cutting, metal fabrication, or industrial sales in metal/steel factories
- Ability to read engineering drawings in PDF, DWG, or DXF formats
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills
- Valid driving license (implied by field visits)

Job Overview
- Field visits are required to clients, factories, and projects.
- Marketing and selling CNC laser cutting services and metal fabrication provided by the company through visits to factories, companies, contractors, and engineering offices.
- Receiving engineering drawings, analyzing client requirements, and coordinating with technical management to prepare pricing proposals and convert opportunities into projects and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Sales and business development.
- Visiting factories, industrial companies, and contractors regularly.
- Attracting new projects for services: CNC laser cutting, metal sheet bending and fabrication, manufacturing and assembling metal parts, welding and assembly work, manufacturing structures and metal components according to drawings.
- Building a database for potential clients and developing relationships with them.
- Continuous research for industrial projects and new opportunities in the market.
Technical Aspect
- Receiving engineering drawings from clients in PDF, DWG, or DXF formats.
- Reviewing drawings and sketches initially to understand client requirements.
- Identifying required manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending and fabrication, welding and assembly.
- Coordinating with the engineering and production department to facilitate work.
- Following up on technical inquiries with the client until the proposal is approved.
Tracking Projects and Clients
- Tracking submitted pricing proposals to clients.
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
- Following up on purchase orders and scheduling deliveries with relevant departments.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long term relationships.
Reports
- Preparing a weekly report on: executed visits, new projects, submitted pricing proposals, closed contracts, updating client data and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Or practical experience in CNC laser cutting, metal fabrication, and manufacturing.
- Experience of not less than two years in CNC laser cutting, metal fabrication, manufacturing (Fabrication), or industrial sales experience in metal and steel factories.
Skills
- Technical skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical sketches in PDF, DWG, or DXF formats.
- Understanding of basic metal fabrication principles and production processes, along with knowledge of the properties and types of various metals.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales skills, along with the ability to build relationships with industrial clients and follow up on contracts.
