Position Overview
The position is a Sales Executive in pest control and facility services.
The role focuses on generating new business and increasing sales of pest control services.
The role is full-time and based in person.
Experience of one to three years is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, online enquiries, and other channels.
- Approach residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Recommend pest control solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate service requirements with operations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close deals.
- Follow up with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate contract execution with service and operations teams.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM or MIS.
- Develop annual maintenance contract and recurring-service opportunities.
- Collect feedback, support customer concern resolution, and monitor market trends.
