Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable **mobile accessories and electronic products** based on their preferences.
- Clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest **mobile phones**, **accessories, gadgets, and tech innovations**.
- Show a strong passion for learning about new products and technologies.
- Attend product training sessions and use the knowledge to enhance sales performance.
- Share product knowledge with team members and support them in customer demonstrations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of retail sales experience**, preferably in accessories or electronic products.
- **Previous experience as a cashier**, including handling cash, card payments, and POS systems.
- Some knowledge of electronic products.
- Passion for learning about new products and staying up to date with tech trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UAE visa; a **visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate)** is an advantage.
