Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales Representative** to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is based in the mall, where you will be the first point of contact for customers exploring high-performance Gaming PCs.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of PC components, a basic educational background in computers, and strong people skills to help guide customers in choosing the right system for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Explain technical specifications of Gaming PCs, components, and accessories in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
  • Handle inquiries, provide pricing details, and assist customers with the purchasing process.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom area is organized and presentable.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s retail business.
  • Stay updated on gaming trends, PC hardware developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, product demand, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in electronics, IT, or gaming.
  • Strong understanding of PC components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, peripherals, etc.) and basic computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Passion for gaming and enthusiasm for helping others find the right system.
  • Ability to work flexible mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
