Sales Representative

Unicorr Packaging Group, a family-owned leading manufacturer of corrugated and protective packaging, seeks a self-motivated and highly energetic Regional Sales Representative to lead our business in the greater Springfield, MA area, including Western MA.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit interested in unlimited sales potential.

The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for selling corrugated and protective packaging products within a designated sales territory.

The representative must develop new sales with prospective customers as well as maintain and grow existing accounts.

The representative must uphold the very highest level of professionalism and customer service.

• New business development – identify and determine potential opportunities from cold calls, networking, marketing leads, and other sources as well as qualify prospective customers and secure new business
• Conduct presentations and develop proposals
• Sell and service existing accounts, maintaining consistent and ongoing contact. This includes assisting in collection of Accounts Receivable and being willing to complete site inventory on a regular basis
• Work to increase volume and improve margins on existing business accounts
• Proactively manage customer projects to ensure customer needs are understood and met, including assisting with design, development and specifications, conducting plant trials and following up on customer requests
