Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product selection and purchases.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Meet individual and store sales targets and share customer feedback and market trends with management.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members and follow company policies, schedules, and break times.
- Report emergency incidents to the immediate manager.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A customer-service and sales-oriented mindset is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- A positive attitude and dedication to assisting customers are expected.
