Role Description
- This is a part time remote role focused on creating and refining visual content and supporting the ongoing growth of the Growth Ideas LinkedIn page.
Day to day tasks
- Researching topics in marketing, business, leadership, AI, and productivity
- Transforming key concepts into clear infographics and short form written explanations
- Optimizing posts for engagement and clarity
- Collaborating on content calendars, testing new content formats, and analyzing performance
- Helping maintain brand consistency, responding to audience feedback, and proposing new ideas for visual frameworks and series
Qualifications
- Ability to research and synthesize concepts in business, marketing, leadership, AI, and productivity into concise, practical insights.
- Strong skills in visual storytelling and information design, with experience turning complex ideas into simple diagrams, frameworks, or infographics.
- Proficient written communication skills in en US, including clear, structured copy suitable for social media and short form content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn or similar professional platforms, including basic understanding of content scheduling, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
- Comfort with digital tools for design or content creation (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar), and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part time hours reliably, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity about growth marketing, leadership, and AI workflows, and motivation to stay current with trends and best practices.
- Experience in content creation, consulting, marketing, operations, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
