About The Role
Weβre looking for
motivated, results-oriented sales professionals
to join our merchant acquisition team on a
high-commission basis
.
You will focus on onboarding new merchants to our payment processing aggregator platform, helping them access competitive rates, multi-currency support, and powerful digital tools.
This is a
remote/flexible opportunity
with
uncapped commission potential
β the more merchants you bring on and keep active, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new merchants (e-commerce, retail, services, SMEs, etc.) for our payment processing solutions.
- Present NuovoConnectβs competitive advantages: low fees, fast settlements, global reach, and integrated digital products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle β from lead generation to onboarding and activation.
- Hit and exceed personal acquisition targets.
- Provide feedback to help improve our offerings and merchant experience.
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven track record in
- B2B sales
- , preferably in
- payment processing, fintech, SaaS, merchant services, or telecom/digital products
- .
- Strong network or experience selling to merchants, ISOs, or business owners.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of payment gateways, POS, e-commerce integrations is a big plus.
- Ability to work remotely with flexible hours.
