Responsibilities
- Identify real estate businesses in Dubai that could benefit from better digital infrastructure
- Set up meetings between those businesses and the Merse team
- Make introductions and step back; Merse handles the pitch, proposal, pricing, and delivery
Requirements
- Existing connections inside the real estate space (developers, brokers, boutique agencies, property management firms)
- Ability to get in front of decision makers
- Self motivated and comfortable working without hand holding
- Basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, CRO)

Who We Are
- Merse is a digital growth studio based in Mumbai. We build high performance websites, run paid media campaigns, manage SEO/AEO, and set up analytics systems.
- We are expanding into Dubai and see a gap in the market: real estate companies spend heavily on ads and portals but their websites and digital infrastructure often don't match that spend.
- We currently work with businesses in the real estate space and understand the industry's specific challenges.
The Opportunity
- We are looking for someone in Dubai who already has connections inside the real estate space.
- No hours, no targets, no pressure. You work when you want.
- You identify real estate businesses that could benefit from better digital infrastructure and set up a meeting between them and the Merse team.
- You earn a lucrative commission on every project that closes from your introduction, plus a recurring monthly commission for as long as that client stays with us.
The Right Fit
- A real estate professional, broker, or consultant already connected in the Dubai market.
- Someone in sales or business development looking for additional income on your own terms.
- A networker who regularly meets developers, agency owners, or marketing decision makers.
- Independent, self motivated, and comfortable working without hand holding.
- Someone with a basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services such as SEO, paid ads, and CRO.
What a Good Lead Looks Like
- Real estate developers, interior designing firms, real estate marketing agencies, off plan project teams, property management companies.
- The ideal contact is someone who owns or influences the marketing budget or digital strategy of the business.
