Role Description

• Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospective tenants
• Handle reception desk operations, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and maintain appointment schedules
• Assist the sales team by coordinating meeting logistics and providing accurate information to clients
• Ensure that the front office environment is organized, welcoming, and aligned with GG Link’s client-centric service standards

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties
• Solid clerical skills, including data entry, document handling, and scheduling
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
• Basic computer literacy with common office software
• Fluency in English
