Sales Quality Senior Data Analyst

To be successful you will:

Improved issue/action closure quality (right-first-time evidence, reduced challenge/rework)

Proven experience in project delivery, delivery governance within financial services

Hands-on experience in risk & control activities (issues/actions, audit readiness)

Experience producing high-quality governance and audit artefacts: plans, status reporting, narratives, evidence packs

Excellent written communication: concise, executive-ready updates and clear documentation

Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructively

Building and maintaining dashboards for business (delivery status, issue/action ageing, control testing progress, audit readiness). Strong data-to-insight capability and can translate raw data into clear dashboards, trends, and actions

Experience with visualization/reporting tools. Exposure to private banking and familiarity with common change and control frameworks. Jira/confluence, excel/powerpoint, sharepoint

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 6- 8 years. Agile delivery certification or risk control qualifications
