The role supports sales activities, project administration, office operations, and coordination across sales, project, and technical teams.
Sales and Project Support
- Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, coordinate with prospects and clients, and track opportunities and pipeline data.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documentation, update project trackers, and support internal and external communication.
- Ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and a professional experience for clients and partners.
