Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for VOLTS energy storage solutions in the Dubai market
- Build and maintain trusted, long term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively explore untapped market segments
- Prepare and present compelling proposals; negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Handle objections professionally and convert hesitations into commitments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery after sale
- Represent VOLTS at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Contribute strategic ideas to refine sales processes and accelerate company growth
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or project management roles
- B2C sales experience is a strong advantage
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing high value deals
- Strong objection handling abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
