About The Role

We are looking for a driven and consultative Sales & Project Manager to accelerate our growth in the UAE and GCC market.

You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, our projects and building long-term client relationships – all within the SAP ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of sales acumen and technical credibility: you understand what CFOs, Finance Directors, and SAP program leads care about, and you know how to position INSIRE’s services compellingly in the Emirates market.

This role is very hands-on with “one man show character” at the beginning.

Responsibilities

  • ***Sales***
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP space across the UAE and GCC market.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Represent INSIRE at events, SAP partner forums, and client briefings in the region.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and SAP ecosystem developments in the Middle East to sharpen INSIRE’s regional positioning.
  • ***Client Relationship Management***
  • Establish and deepen trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level Finance & IT decision-makers across UAE-based organizations.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact during pre-sales and handover to delivery teams.
  • ***Project Management***
  • Independent management of SAP projects with experience in technical implementation.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of B2B sales and project experience in the SAP and Finance IT consulting space.
  • Solid understanding of SAP modules and their business context at least one: SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling, SAP Group Reporting / Financial Consolidation, SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning & Reporting), SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere (BI & Analytics)
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical SAP stakeholders and senior Finance executives (CFO, Controller, Head of Accounting).
  • Proven experience working in or selling into the UAE / GCC market; strong understanding of local business culture and procurement processes.
  • Existing network within the UAE SAP ecosystem (SAP MENA Account Executives, SAP Partner).
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic language skills.
