Responsibilities
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our product range and capabilities to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow our customer base in the region
- Identifying and targeting new international markets for company products
- Cultivating strong connections with architects, interior designers, hospitality managers, and procurement officers within the Horeca sector
- Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts and agreements with customers
- Coordinating with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after sales support
- Staying updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements
- Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Participating in industry events and trading shows to promote company products
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of success in B2B project sales within the UAE design industry, with a focus on furniture and related products
- Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision makers in the UAE design sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of international sales regulations and customs
- Familiarity with the Horeca sector and trends in interior design is advantageous
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English and Russian or Arabic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
