Your Opportunity
The Sales Project Manager leads end-to-end execution of complex customer projects, primarily large-scale equipment deployments.
The role is a customer-facing central liaison across Sales, Production, Logistics, Finance, vendors, and customers.
The position manages project timelines, communication, delivery, reconciliation, and customer outcomes from order placement through completion.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer projects, including multi-location deployments, phased shipments, and extensive stakeholder coordination.
- Manage timelines, milestones, priorities, and project tracking to support on-time delivery.
- Monitor production, shipments, and deliveries; identify risks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Manage freight, delivery, installation, discrepancies, damages, and other logistics exceptions.
