Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure timely project execution
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Assist in budget tracking and resource planning
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role
