About the Role
GOLDEN LIGHT REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS L.L.C is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with 4-5 years of UAE real estate sales experience to drive residential and commercial property sales.

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales, referrals, and broker channels
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, HNIs, and channel partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow up
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 4 5 years of proven UAE real estate sales experience
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property sales
- Good understanding of RERA regulations, DLD processes, and Dubai property market
- UAE Driving License is an advantage

Overview

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 4–5 years of proven UAE real estate sales experience.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property sales.
- Good understanding of RERA regulations, DLD processes, and Dubai property market.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: AED6,500.00 AED8,500.00 per month
