Responsibilities
- Meet walk-in and scheduled prospects and respond to inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions and follow up with potential learners.
- Support promotional events, align messaging with the marketing team, and provide feedback on market trends and learner needs.
- Meet defined sales targets while supporting prospective learners through enrollment.
