Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to handle the sales and distribution of Pharmapex products.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the FMCG sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, health stores, and online delivery platforms.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for increasing product availability, opening new sales channels, following up with existing customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Pharmapex products across Qatar.
- Visit supermarkets, groceries, pharmacies, health stores, and other FMCG retail outlets.
- Open new accounts and build strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure regular orders and product availability.
- Monitor stock levels at customer locations and recommend replenishment orders.
- Collect market feedback about pricing, competitors, product demand, and customer preferences.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and attractively in stores.
- Coordinate with the company team for deliveries, invoices, payments, and promotions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly sales activity.
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches when needed.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, honey, supplements, pharmacies, or retail distribution.
- Good knowledge of the Qatar market is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to visit customers daily and work independently.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
- Good appearance and professional attitude.
- Ability to achieve targets and handle sales pressure.
