Sales Performance Strategy
- Develop a sales-performance management framework aligned with company strategy.
- Translate revenue and growth objectives into measurable KPIs.
- Establish performance standards, governance, review cadence, and reporting standards.
- Continuously improve performance-management frameworks based on business results.
KPI and Quota Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales KPI frameworks.
- Track revenue, bookings, quota attainment, win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion, deal size, sales-cycle length, productivity, and retention.
- Monitor quota attainment across individuals, teams, territories, regions, products, and segments.
