About the Role
Ad Maiora Management Advisory is seeking two Sales Partners to expand their portfolio in the Middle East and globally. This is a commission-based partnership (30% commission) focused on lead generation and deal closure for high-ticket B2B consulting services.

- Actively identify, target, and engage high growth enterprises, corporate groups, and family offices facing operational friction
- Drive the entire sales cycle—from initial cold outreach and delivering sharp, high impact presentations to negotiating terms and closing advisory contracts
- Utilize your existing professional network and build strategic relationships with channel partners to generate a consistent stream of qualified inbound leads
Requirements
- Proven Track Record in high ticket B2B consultative selling, corporate advisory, or premium professional services
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Self motivated individuals who thrive in a high reward, commission only partnership
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in Italian (or other European Languages) and/or Arabic is a strong asset

Key Responsibilities
- Origination: Actively identify, target, and engage high growth enterprises, corporate groups, and family offices facing operational friction.
- Deal Closing: Drive the entire sales cycle—from the initial cold outreach and delivering sharp, high impact presentations to negotiating terms and closing advisory contracts.
- Network Monetization: Utilize your existing professional network and build strategic relationships with channel partners to generate a consistent stream of qualified inbound leads.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in high ticket B2B consultative selling, corporate advisory, or premium professional services.
- Deal Closing Capabilities: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently move corporate prospects from cold outreach to signed contracts.
- Results Driven Autonomy: Self motivated individuals who thrive in a high reward, commission only partnership and can manage their own sales pipeline without micromanagement.
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian (or other European Languages) and/or Arabic is a strong asset due to our international target markets.
Employment Type & Location
- 100% Remote / Hybrid: This position is fully flexible. We do not require you to be based in Dubai or work from a physical office. You can operate from anywhere in the world, managing your own schedule.
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance / Partnership.
Compensation
- High Ticket Commissions: 30% commission on the value of every closed contract.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional annual bonuses upon reaching defined sales targets and milestone contract volumes.
