Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role located in the Doha Metropolitan Area for a Sales Outdoor (Marble and Tiles) professional.
  • The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining client relationships, providing product details and demonstrations, negotiating sales terms, and achieving sales targets.
  • The role also involves supporting clients with product inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions and building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, negotiate deals, and lead related activities.
  • Experience in delivering Training to effectively educate clients about the products.
  • Self motivated and goal oriented attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge or experience in the marble and tiles industry is an advantage.
  • Own car and valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Doha Metropolitan Area.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients, project sites, and distributors to promote the company’s marble and tile products.
  • Present and demonstrate product samples, catalogues, and specifications to clients and consultants.
  • Identify project opportunities and ensure the company’s products are specified in tenders and quotations.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely delivery and installation of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
  • Achieve monthly target as assigned by the management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the marble and tile industry.
