Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Doha Metropolitan Area for a Sales Outdoor (Marble and Tiles) professional.
The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining client relationships, providing product details and demonstrations, negotiating sales terms, and achieving sales targets.
The role also involves supporting clients with product inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions and building relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, negotiate deals, and lead related activities.
- Experience in delivering Training to effectively educate clients about the products.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge or experience in the marble and tiles industry is an advantage.
- Own car and valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Doha Metropolitan Area.
Essential Functions And Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients, project sites, and distributors to promote the company’s marble and tile products.
- Present and demonstrate product samples, catalogues, and specifications to clients and consultants.
- Identify project opportunities and ensure the company’s products are specified in tenders and quotations.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely delivery and installation of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
- Achieve monthly target as assigned by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the marble and tile industry.
