Vertical Advantage is hiring a Sales Order Processor for a globally recognised business in the speciality ingredients sector. The role involves managing end-to-end customer order processing through ERP systems, acting as a central point of contact for queries, and supporting commercial teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end customer order process through internal ERP systems
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, delivery updates, and order management
- Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively across phone, email, and internal systems
- Support the wider commercial and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service levels
- Maintain accurate records and system updates to support business operations
- Assist with pricing, delivery coordination, and general administrative support
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and product quantities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Positive, proactive attitude with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience within customer service, administration, sales support, or order processing would be advantageous

Overview
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised, market leading business operating within the speciality ingredients and distribution sector.
- Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and customer focused individual to join their commercial operations team.
The Role
- You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless service from order placement through to delivery.
- Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
