Role Overview
Central Food Service LTD is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Order Processor for its growing food distribution business.
The role supports smooth and efficient processing of customer orders for a business supplying more than 800 customers within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Take and process customer orders accurately by telephone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Check product availability and communicate lead times or alternatives.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details.
- Conduct market research and upsell products based on research findings.
- Support the team with general administration when required.
Skills and Experience
- Previous customer service, sales support, or order processing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are required.
- The candidate must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident IT skills are required.
- Turkish language proficiency is required.
