Manage multiple Power BI dashboard projects simultaneously, including intake, scope definition, prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release management, and stakeholder communication
Strong Dashboard Designing skills for all the various levels of organization like SVP,VP and down to the Sales Rep Level.

Use AI-assisted analytics, natural language querying, anomaly detection, automated insights, and Copilot-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and business impact of reporting deliverables
Build executive-ready narratives, business reviews, and insight presentations that clearly explain trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for sales and GTM leadership
8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, revenue analytics, or GTM analytics, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise dashboard portfolios
Hands-on Dashboard Designing skills for developing visually appealing dashboards and it is a must have for this role.
Proven experience building executive-level Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, operational reporting frameworks, and data visualization solutions that influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, DAX, data modeling, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, and modern BI delivery practices
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, lead cross-functional delivery, mentor analytics team members, and communicate trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience applying AI to analytics use cases such as automated data exploration, dashboard copilots, insight generation, data quality checks, forecasting support, and productivity automation is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is required; MBA or master’s degree preferred
