Sales & Ops Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow spot and stock-lot sales to regional clients from Dubai warehouse stock.
• Act as the first point of contact for warehouse purchasing clients.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and local logistics.
• Manage sample requests and dispatches for MENA clients.
• Support daily warehouse sales operations for the MENA Sales Manager.
• Track inventory levels, sales velocity, and stock aging for leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with Colombia headquarters on documentation, pricing, and replenishment.
• Execute a weekly prospecting plan for new warehouse-based accounts.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and couriers on import and export documentation.
• Update clients on order status, specifications, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of B2B sales and/or trade-operations experience.
• Coffee, commodities, or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of shipping, logistics, and warehouse or inventory management.
• Valid UAE work authorization.

Work Arrangement

• The role is full-time and in-office at the Dubai, UAE warehouse.
