As a Sales & Operations Reporting - Sr Associate, you will engage in strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. You will be instrumental in building relationships with key Alliance executives, identifying synergies between technology and the firm, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will develop and execute strategies and business plans, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth. You will also identify opportunities for solution development and industry alignment, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities - Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility - Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and collaborate on solution development - Utilizing analytical thinking and creativity to generate new ideas and solve complex business challenges - Navigating complex situations to anticipate the needs of teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align industry strategies and achieve organizational targets - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for market penetration and revenue growth - Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements Salesforce Pipeline Data Accuracy

• Review and validate Salesforce opportunity records for correct tagging, partner attribution, sales office alignment, and pipeline status.

• Conduct root-cause analyses of recurring pipeline issues and surface process gaps that impact data integrity. Win Attribution Monitoring & Hygiene

• Analyze Alliance-attributed win trends, identifying deviations through dashboards and historical comparisons.

• Document attribution patterns, leakage trends, and corrective actions to inform hygiene reporting and process improvements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the central contact for data remediation and revenue attribution within the Sales Ops team.

• Work with Alliance, Finance, and Delivery leads to communicate attribution changes, assess business impact, and align on corrective actions What You Must Have - At least 4-9 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of supporting demand generation and successful programs - Relevant experience in data analysis, business research, or Alliance/operations support.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.

- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
