Role Overview
Lead sales and delivery of fire fighting and fire protection projects.
Develop business, manage clients, prepare proposals, and coordinate projects from enquiry to completion.
Ensure compliance with designs, standards, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop sales strategies for fire fighting systems, fire protection solutions, and related works.
- Identify and pursue opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, facility owners, government entities, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and project partners.
- Present solutions, technical proposals, value engineering options, and commercial terms.
- Lead negotiations and support contract award and project mobilisation.
Proposals and Coordination
- Review enquiries, tenders, drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, quantities, and scopes.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, budgets, and estimates.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams on submissions.
