Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and optimize sales performance for luxury chauffeur services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage CRM platforms and pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate between sales, dispatch, chauffeur, and customer service teams
- Negotiate contracts and develop proposals
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, luxury transportation, hospitality, aviation, concierge, or premium service sectors

About the Position
- The Luxury Group is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and oversee operational excellence within our luxury chauffeur services division.
- This role requires a strategic leader with strong business development capabilities, exceptional client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of premium transportation and luxury service standards.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Professional demeanor and presentation suitable for representing a luxury brand.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with VIP and corporate clients.
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Proven experience in sales operations, luxury transportation, hospitality, aviation, concierge, or related premium service industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- MBA or other advanced business qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, luxury transportation, hospitality, aviation, concierge, or premium service sectors.
