Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize all operational workflows across clinical, customer, and internal teams
- Build scalable systems and processes that support growth and margin improvement
- Partner with Leadership to execute the company strategy and quarterly priorities
- Establish and track operational KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies, and drive solutions
- Lead, coach, and develop operations and operations-adjacent teams
- Oversee vendor management, tooling, and operational spend
- Ensure operational readiness for new products, partnerships, and market expansion
- Collaborate closely with Clinical, Finance, Sales, Product, and Compliance teams
- 7+ years of experience in operations leadership, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or services-based businesses
- Proven experience scaling operations in a fast-growth environment
- Strong systems thinking and process design skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience using KPIs and dashboards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving execution.
- Project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday)
- Data and analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- CRM, EHR, or operational platforms
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
