About the Role
One Point is hiring for two roles in Dubai: Senior Sales Executives to drive sales in air, sea, road, and rail logistics, and an Operations Executive to manage UAE & GCC logistics operations.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales in air, sea, road, and rail logistics
- Generate new business and manage existing accounts
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers
- Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with pricing teams
- Maintain a sales pipeline and report progress to management
- Coordinate air, sea & land freight, GCC border clearance, shipping documentation, and delivery operations
- Handle Dubai Trade, Bill of Entry, Export Declarations, Delivery Orders, and customs procedures
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth operations
- Manage shipment tracking, inspections, and resolve clearance issues efficiently
Requirements
- For Sales: experience in driving sales in air, sea, road, and rail logistics
- For Operations: 3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding/customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs, GCC shipments, and logistics documentation
