STADA RHQ seeks a Sales Operations Data Coordinator to provide accurate administration, data management, and operational support across Portfolio Management, Business Development, Procurement, and SAP processes.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Portfolio and Business Development information across all relevant platforms, including 1P!, Smartsheet, LDS, NLs, SharePoint, SAP, and other business systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of project information, milestones, launch plans, and portfolio status updates.
- Manage and maintain launch trackers, project dashboards, and portfolio reporting tools.
- Support the administration and tracking of licensing opportunities, business development projects, contracts, and partner databases.
- Coordinate documentation, data collection, and administrative activities related to evaluations, due diligence, launches, and commercialization projects.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all portfolio and business development systems.
- Support SAP material creation, extension, and maintenance activities in coordination with cross functional stakeholders.
- Act as SAP Purchase Order (PO) Administrator across STADA KSA+ entities.
- Coordinate vendor creation and master data management processes to ensure timely onboarding and compliance.
- Provide system support and coordination for Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data administration, project coordination, portfolio management support, procurement operations, or SAP administration
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and data management tools
- Experience with project tracking platforms such as Smartsheet is an advantage

Role Summary
- To provide accurate and timely administration, data management, and operational support across Portfolio Management, Business Development, Procurement, and SAP processes.
- The role is responsible for maintaining business critical data, ensuring system accuracy, supporting project tracking and launches, and enabling efficient cross functional operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data administration, project coordination, portfolio management support, procurement operations, or SAP administration.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and data management tools.
- Experience with project tracking platforms such as Smartsheet is an advantage.
