We are seeking an experienced **Operations Coordinator for FM** to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily facility management services (maintenance, repairs, etc.).
- Schedule technicians and staff for on-site visits and service calls.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, resources, and service documentation.
- Support internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations or facility management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Can join immediately
