Job Summary

  • The Sales Operations Co‑ordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Head of Sales Operations and the wider Sales team.
  • The role ensures customer orders are processed accurately, systems data is maintained, and revenue‑critical processes continue uninterrupted.
  • This role is ideal for someone early in their Sales Operations career who is keen to develop commercial, systems, and stakeholder management experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate and process customer order forms in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Ensure pricing, descriptions, approvals and customer details are accurate
  • Issue order packs via DocuSign and track execution
  • Maintain accurate order records and support internal handover processes
  • Carry out a Salesforce data cleanse project and maintain system hygiene
  • Assist with tracking new order approvals in a centralised system
  • Support renewals, amendments and annual notices
  • Maintain Sales Operations documentation and shared drives
  • Manage connectivity orders tracker, including raising PRs and POs
  • Support weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Provide operational cover when the Head of Sales Operations is on leave
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Leadership and the wider Sales team

Qualifications

  • Essential: Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or Sales Support
  • Essential: Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Essential: Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
  • Essential: Confidence using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Desirable: Exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Desirable: Experience working with order approvals, pricing or renewals
