- Collect, analyze, and report sales data
- Prepare regular dashboards and performance summaries

- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to refine forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other sales tools
- Help standardize workflows, document procedures, and support leadership with ad hoc analysis and decision making reports
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data interpretation
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership teams
- Experience or foundational knowledge in sales and sales operations, including CRM usage and pipeline management
- Understanding of finance principles related to revenue, margins, forecasting, and budgeting
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Comfort with technology and business intelligence tools; experience with CRM platforms is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role is an advantage
