Role Overview
Oversee end-to-end delivery operations, fleet performance, manpower performance, and operational KPIs.
Lead high-volume logistics activities while driving efficiency, service quality, and team performance.
Delivery Operations
- Lead daily last-mile delivery operations across assigned regions.
- Supervise fleet performance, dispatch activities, and route optimization.
- Ensure achievement of on-time delivery, delivery success rate, productivity, and cost-efficiency KPIs.
- Develop and improve SOPs for sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations.
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
People and Performance
- Coordinate training for delivery associates and drivers.
- Manage workforce planning and operational readiness during peak seasons and high-volume periods.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Resolve operational challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport, labor, and operational regulations.
Requirements
- Have at least five years of experience in the industry.
- Have proven experience managing driver fleets and operational teams.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Have a data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Be proficient in operational tools, routing systems, and delivery management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a similar industry within the UAE is preferred.
- Strong understanding of UAE delivery operations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Familiarity with route optimization and fleet management systems is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts from AED 3,500 per month.
