- The Sales Officer / Retail Banking Executive is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and providing a positive branch or retail banking experience.
- Proficiency in lead generation and prospecting, including identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and following up systematically to convert opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present banking products clearly, negotiate terms, and interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience in sales operations, including pipeline management, documentation, reporting, and adherence to banking procedures and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to channel sales, working with external partners or intermediaries to drive product distribution and support joint sales activities.
- Previous experience in retail banking, financial services, or a similar customer facing sales role is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of banking products (such as accounts, cards, loans, and other retail services) and local market dynamics in the UAE.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, meet targets under pressure, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial
