Biz Team is hiring a customer-focused Sales Officer for its Abu Dhabi operations.
The role manages customer communication, service assistance, and client retention.
Selected candidates complete the interview process at the Kottakkal office before relocating to Abu Dhabi.
Location
- The work location is Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The initial interview takes place at the Kottakkal office.
- The role requires relocation to Abu Dhabi upon selection.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 1,800 to AED 2,000 per month.
- Company accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide detailed information regarding company services.
- Resolve customer queries and clear doubts efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to maintain relationships and drive repeat business.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate cross-branch referrals and handle daily office administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer support, or office coordination is required.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, web tools, and email is required.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Hindi proficiency is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE upon selection.
Working Conditions
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- The work location is in person.
