NERO Tapware seeks a Sales Officer for Dubai and GCC region. You will drive sales in sanitaryware/tapware, manage client relationships, generate leads, and work autonomously in the field.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales in sanitaryware, tapware, or related building materials industry
- Manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new prospects across assigned territories and channels
- Maintain a healthy and active pipeline
- Present products clearly, negotiate confidently, and engage diverse stakeholders professionally
- Work autonomously in the field and manage time effectively
- Maintain accurate and up to date sales records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sanitaryware, tapware, or related building materials industry
- Demonstrated involvement in projects, including specification, supply, or site coordination
- Valid driving license with a personal vehicle
- Flexibility to travel within and across the GCC region
- Proven sales skills with hands on experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
- Proficiency in Customer Service to manage client relationships
- Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture new prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sanitaryware, tapware, or related building materials industry.
- Demonstrated involvement in projects, including specification, supply, or site coordination.
- Valid driving license with a personal vehicle, field travel is an integral part of this role.
- Single (preferred) with flexibility to travel within and across the GCC region as required.

- Sales Excellence: Proven sales skills with hands on experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in Customer Service to manage client relationships, resolve issues effectively, and support customers throughout the full sales cycle.
- Lead Generation: Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture new prospects across assigned territories and channels.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products clearly, negotiate confidently, and engage diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Independence & Organisation: Ability to work autonomously in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the sanitaryware, tapware, tiles, or premium building materials sector.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the GCC region as business demands.
