- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build and maintain relationships with clients across targeted industries such as pharmaceutical, laboratory, and jewelry.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, respond to customer inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate sales operations activities such as order processing and follow up.
- Manage channel sales partners, track sales performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after sales support, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product features, market trends, and competitors to support effective sales strategies and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage clients, understand requirements, and provide clear product information and support.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to develop pipelines, manage opportunities, and handle end to end sales processes efficiently.
- Experience in Channel Sales, including managing distributors or partners and supporting joint sales activities.
- Background in technical or industrial products, ideally in weighing systems, analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, or related fields.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and travel locally or regionally as needed.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building capabilities, with a results oriented approach.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; prior experience in B2B sales is highly beneficial.
