Role Description

  • The Admissions Officer is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This position is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Day to day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in person; conducting admissions consultations; evaluating applications; and advising applicants on program options, entry requirements, and documentation.
  • The Admissions Officer will maintain accurate records, coordinate with academic and administrative teams on application decisions, and support outreach activities such as information sessions and education fairs.
  • The role also involves providing ongoing customer service to admitted students, helping them navigate registration, payments, and onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport with prospective and current learners.
  • Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in International Admissions and Education to evaluate applications and advise on global programs.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain program details and admission requirements clearly.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver responsive, learner centered support throughout the admissions journey.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, or counseling is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM or student information systems and common office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
