Position Overview
An ice cream and juice station in Abu Dhabi is seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Officer.
The work location is Abu Dhabi and the role is performed in person.
Compensation
- Starting salary is AED 2,000–2,200 per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, explain the menu, and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell toppings, combos, and special offers.
- Operate the cash register and process payments.
- Prepare and serve customer orders when required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and customer area.
- Arrange product displays and monitor stock levels.
- Follow food-safety and hygiene procedures.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Support team members during busy periods.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, cafés, or restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and customer-service skills are required.
- Basic English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Applicants should be friendly, confident, well-presented, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Applicants must be able to handle cash and perform basic calculations.
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- An attested and MOFA-stamped Good Conduct Certificate is strictly required.
