Role Overview
The employer is seeking motivated and target-oriented Sales Officers.
Candidates must have at least six months of UAE banking sales experience in personal loans or credit cards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through direct sales and referrals.
- Promote and sell personal loan and credit card products.
- Meet and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect and verify customer documents according to bank requirements.
- Follow up on applications and ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate sales records and daily activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum six months of experience in UAE banking sales.
- Experience in personal loans and credit cards is preferred.
- Candidates must be currently available in Dubai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- UAE banking sales experience is mandatory.
