About the Role
STRATUS GENERAL TRADING seeks a Sales Merchandiser to visit retail outlets, ensure product display standards, maintain shelf availability, and execute in-store promotions. The role requires FMCG merchandising experience in the UAE and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets daily according to the approved route plan
- Ensure products are well displayed and merchandised as per company standards and planograms
- Maintain maximum shelf availability, visibility, and share of shelf
- Monitor stock levels, identify out of stock items, and coordinate timely replenishment
- Ensure proper stock rotation by following FIFO/FEFO principles and monitor product expiry dates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Execute in store promotions, product launches, displays, and POS material installation
- Collect orders from retail outlets where applicable and coordinate with the sales team
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches
- Achieve monthly sales and merchandising KPIs
- Prepare daily reports covering store visits, stock availability, merchandising activities, and market feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retailer merchandising standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG merchandising or sales merchandising experience in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of UAE retail markets, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and convenience stores
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Physically fit to handle merchandising activities and product movement
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Pay
- AED 3,000 AED 3,500 per month
