The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, managing sales processes, achieves sales targets, and analyzing market trends to support our sales goals.
This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for driving business growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
· Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
· Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them effectively.
· Generate qualified leads through various channels including marketing, events, and partnerships.
· Maintain and update customer databases.
· Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
· Track and report on sales performance metrics.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
· Analyze competitors and develop strategies to increase market share.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
· Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
· Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to measure effectiveness.
· Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and follow up communication with clients
· Formulate customer retention plans.
· Ensure generating the opportunity through Referral programs from the existing customers
· Conduct and participate in daily, weekly and monthly review meetings.
· Provide onsite support if required.
· Payment followup from the clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Qualification and Experience
· Any UG/PG graduation is mandatory
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management in **Advertising / Events or Exhibitions industry.**
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge.
