About The Role
One of our clients, a well-established Saudi family holding group in Jeddah, is expanding its commercial capabilities across multiple business lines, including transportation, hospitality, and related services.
They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue generation and support commercial activities across the group’s entities.
This role is primarily sales-driven and requires a hands-on professional who can close deals, activate opportunities, and support marketing and commercial initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and secure new business across multiple entities within the group
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, meetings, negotiation, and deal closure
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Support sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and commercial activations where relevant
- Work with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and channel activation aligned with sales objectives
- Develop proposals, pricing approaches, and commercial offers
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across different business lines
- Coordinate with leadership on priorities, targets, and revenue opportunities
- Track performance and provide structured updates on deals and revenue progress
- Contribute to building sales processes and commercial structure where needed
Candidate Profile
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial roles
- Strong track record in closing deals and generating revenue
- Experience handling multiple products, services, or business lines
- Exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial deals is a plus
- Practical understanding of marketing channels and commercial activation
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
